Support Agreement Id Hpe

Scan the invoice or packaging list showing your purchase (or, ideally, the support contract), then call HPE. They will probably ask you to email them a copy of your document. To start this process, you need to select “Yes” at the top of the screen if you are tied to existing warranty releases or if you associate others. The process of shortening warranties, supporting aid or support agreements is as simple as clicking on the correct link and following instructions. If you have many existing systems that connect them via the batch tool, it`s most likely best to link them individually. The process of linking one of the three options is the same, you enter the SAID (Support Agreement ID), Care Pack or Guarantee Serial Number and select the type of single or multiple possession. Individual ownership means that you have control of the warranty and you need to set up all the warranty shares, and you need to add more to the action. Multiple ownership means that everyone, as an equal owner, can refer to the warranty and thus create and manage shares. The combination of a care pack or warranty also allows access to other fields when linking it. You can choose the country or region of the purchase and assign a nickname to the linked device, such as the host name of the device, so that it is easily recognizable by everyone in the company. Scan the invoice or packaging list with your purchase (or ideally the support contract) and then call HPE.

They will probably ask you to email them a copy of your document. If you buy directly from HPE, support agreements are registered with your company and your HPE account. You should be good, but remember that your employees create HPE accounts and also assign them the support agreement. If you buy from a retailer (more frequently), they will include the service/guarantee contract you purchased, but they are probably not yet linked to your account or business. Collect copies of the list of packages, invoices and/or vouchers delivered with the device. The merchant often sends the buyer an email with the support identifiers. If you can`t find your SAID, SAR, etc., ask your supervisor or accountant (whoever makes the purchase) to browse their emails. then… (Breaking record)… If you buy from a dealer (it`s more common), they`ll have included the service contract/guarantees you purchased, but they probably aren`t related to your account or business yet. Collect copies of the list of packages, invoices and/or vouchers provided with the equipment.

The dealer often sends the buyer an email with the support identifiers. If you can`t find your SAID, SAR, etc., ask your supervisor or accountant (whoever makes the purchase) to browse their emails. then… (record broken)… Call HP. To access firmware updates, operating system patches, software updates and ISO HPE Service Pack for Proliant (SPP) files, you must first create an HPE Passport account and include your warranties, care packs and support agreements. For this, call the HPE support center. You are asked to log in with an existing HPE Passport account or if you don`t need to create an account.

(see below) It takes no more than 5 minutes to create an account because it only requires very standard account information. Once you have an account, you can either link your business warranties, care packages and support agreements, or, if they`re already linked to an existing account in your business, you can be easily added to them. Click on the link “Link my support” on the bottom left page of the page (see below). If you know the type of specific support you need to associate (support contract, package support or warranty), or if you want to view previously related information, you can also select the corresponding links below.
